HIGH SCHOOL ROLLER HOCKEY RULES

QUICK CHECK

1) COACHES – two only on bench

2) PLAYERS – must have goaltender plus 4 skaters to start game

3) GAME DAY ROSTER – 2 min. penalty to start game if not provided

4) JERSEY RULE – no player can play without proper jersey

5) STOP CLOCK – 2 or less goal difference in final 2 minutes of 2^nd half

6) OVERTIME - 5 minute sudden death with no time-outs

7) SUSPENSIONS – must be documented in detail on score sheet

8) SCORE SHEET – must be signed by a coach of each team
