The William Orth Memorial
Scholarship Award

Since the 1998-1999 season, the League has presented selected graduating seniors with a monetary award based on their Academic Achievement, Community Service, and Sportsmanship.

In 2000 the scholarship was named for the memory of William Orth who initiated this scholarship.

It is through this presentation that the League hopes to promote excellence in our players as they continue their education.
